I liked the location and the way it is laid out. I thought the walk to the beach would be tiresome, but it turned out to be something I enjoyed.
I found myself having to always get the attention of the waiters rather than them attending to my needs.

It is a beautiful resort with lots of character and a great ambiance and decor. The staff was friendly and helpful (in most cases). Location is great, close to the beach and Hurghada. They offer boat excursions with snorkeling, scuba diving, island visits, etc through partners and they have fair prices. Having tennis courts was a plus! Meals at the buffet with outdoor patio seating were wonderful! They were very accommodating on the day of check-out when we requested to stay longer due to a later flight. We're very appreciative for that! Sunrise at the beach is special.
They will need to update the room locks eventually, we had to change the room key cards once a day because we were locked out. Having an outside business selling smoothies at the pool is unnecessary and quite bothersome at an all-inclusive resort. Closing the pool before 18:00 (nearing sunset) in April is a bit early. It would have been wonderful to enjoy the pool with fewer people in the evening hours. Restaurants were very nice but several had different names but the exact same menus - keeping the same restaurant name could avoid guest disappointment. The beaches in the area are all private so you can just walk the length of the resorts beach (unless you take transportation to another beach). The buildings and facilities are aging but we were happy to pay a discounted rate for this in order to experience everything else the resort had to offer.

The resort is very beautiful, the rooms are spacious with a private balcony, it’s fairly easy to reach the private beach, and some off the staff workers were amazing, very nice and available to help. Great room service staff.
Unfortunately the all inclusive part of this resort is everything but all inclusive, you have access to the buffet, with the same meals everyday, but most of the bars and other food options need to be paid for.
We tried to order room service and they said it wasn’t available even though we had checked and it was supposed to be working until 5 am and it wasnt even midnight, instead we were told to go to the buffet with one single dinning option and no one to serve the drinks, as you cannot even get them yourself.
Next day, at night we went to the reception to ask if there was any way we could get some bread, as my boyfriend had to take some medicine; they said the buffet was still open, when we entered we were blocked by an employee asking us what did we want cause dinner was over, we said we only wanted two breads and once again they tried to ask for money for it. When we went back to the lobby to ask if there was any other option, the manager called someone to go with us to the buffet and all of the sudden bread became free again.
None of the drinks you are served are actually what you ordered, they all taste like syrup in the worst way you can think of it, besides that they are all served in glasses and all contain unfiltered water, which means you will probably end up sick.
In the first day we tried to ask for a normal cola at the buffet “all inclusive” and they asked us for money in order to go get it, we latter found out there was a single bar in the all resort that served original bottled drinks, and guess what? The employees were asking for money in order to get it.
In the beach, where everything is also supposed to be included we tried to ask for waters to at least 3 different people in the course of three hours, guess what? They never arrived as we didn’t want the cocktails that you had to pay for.
