Our second time there and again couldn't fault a thing! Easy ,fast check in, was upgraded to a suite , which was beautiful with a sea view. Thank you very much for that. The food is excellent, normally we have breakfast in The Royal Palm restaurant, so much choice, then lunch in The Blue Horizon Beach restaurant, where you order your meal, the food comes out piping hot, we love the pizza, burger and chicken sharwera with fries, then in the evening for dinner we love the Arabesque restaurant because it serves Egyptian food which is delicious.. You can get ice cream and pancakes from the pool bar. The beach is beautiful and is sandy, with crystal blue water, a fantastic view there. We attended the foam party which was so much fun. All the staff are polite and friendly. The atmosphere is good there. Plenty of space, nothing is crowded. Although it's rated 4 stars, it's better than some 5 stars I have been too. We will be coming back again soon!

I’m don’t like the beach boy reserve it the bed in first line take the money from the guest ALI beach boy take to much money everyday to reserve it same bed spots for first line in the beach I’m have to weak up 5 clock in the morning to put my towel on the beach to have my bed I’m think it’s not fear with another guest end that’s need to be change another think the ATM it’s break down the not working in properly always problem with ATM inside the hotel from that point I’m was upset we need go the bank resolve it it’s take 7 days my holiday time another things was fine
