Room cleanliness: We booked two rooms, and both were very clean and well maintained.
Room service: The room service was very good, responsive, and efficient.
Swimming pool: Although the pool can get crowded, it is large enough to still find a comfortable spot to swim.
Food quality: The food is generally average. Although there is a wide variety of choices, the overall quality could be better. The food is clean and reasonable, but you still feel that there is room for improvement in terms of taste and quality.
Pool crowding: The pool can become quite crowded, especially during busy times. However, because of its size, this is still manageable.
