Very nice resort, clean rooms, beautiful pools and good food. The staff were friendly and helpful. Special thanks to Ibrahim for his kindness, professionalism and excellent service. He made us feel very welcome.

Hotel management is very attentive for every detail and you can feel all the staff are passionate to provide the best customer experience (special thanks to Mr Ibrahim in the reception).. food in main restaurants is very good and in the à la carte ones amazing. Many beautiful landscape areas and clean pools surrounding with big bars inside. Rooms are clean , modern with comfortable mattresses.
Entertainment activities are amusing ( pool parties , dancing shows..etc). Nice mix of different nationalities you can meet around . I would definitely book it again.

Jaz staff is better than santedo staff, especially the beach bar staff
