The lady greeting us at the hotel was very sweet and understanding. The room was cleaned every day, a new foot towel was provided every day and even our beds were made. We couldn't hear the neighbours which was unexpected and very nice for a peaceful stay. It was exceptionally clean, there was AC and a TV. The location is more than perfect. There was an option to leave our luggage at the place after checking out which was very convinient.
The room is a bit dark but makes for a good sleep for those who like to sleep in.

The location was great. On a street with some cool shops, some bars and restaurants, and close enough to the more touristy areas while being far enough away to not be inundated. In between multiple metro and bus lines that can get you directly to the train stations and museums. The staff of the hotel were very friendly and kept a good place.
The building itself is a bit older, with VERY creaky stairs. I felt bad that I was bothering EVERYONE every time I came and went. The door was a bit thin, so I heard folks out in the hallway quite easily.

Lovely host, comfortable bed, good shower, excellent location.
This was advertised as a 3 star hotel. It is not. It is actually, as the guest book says and the host agrees, a pension. It is a good pension but in no way is it a hotel. You can only check in by appointment. Access is by a tiny doorbell that I could not see when I arrived. Communications are challenging. It is on the second floor of an apartment building that appeared to be under renovation. There are no amenities. Booking.com stated cancelation was possible, but the host refused to cancel.
