Right in the heart of Ichn Khala in Khiva. Spacious room. AC. Comfortable bed. Nicely decorated. Breakfast on the roof sun room was nice.
There is a kitchen pictured but this is the families own kitchen and they wake up early so like to siesta in the afternoon. An electric kettle maybe in the central space would mean not disturbing the family.

The guesthouse is ideally located within Ichan Qala, just a short walk from all the main monuments, yet tucked away in a quiet and peaceful area. The room and bathroom were spotlessly clean. The matresses were very comfortable. The homemade breakfast was delicious and changed daily. The staff were friendly and allowed us to leave our luggage at reception after check-out.
The room's window faced the dining room.

Good location, close to the monuments, but still quiet. Tasty breakfast, and paid separately for three dinners which were also good and reasonably priced. Friendly family who provided yogurt for my wife who had a bad stomach
Small room and window looked out on the dining room.

The hard sell when we arrived to take tours and do our laundry. When we said we weren't interested, we rarely saw anyone again, except at breakfast when we were asked one question " do you want tea or coffee ". I felt like we were staying with ghosts. We could hear people but never saw anybody. The lights were always off in the foyer.

"Amazing location between the gated walls of the old town (Itchan Kala). Everything is 5 minutes away which we absolutely loved. Since you’re in the heart of the old town, you feel like you’ve entered ..."
