Excellent Breakfast, everything you could want, fruit, cold meat and cheese, yogurt, curd, jam, preserved fruit, 2 types of melon, crêpes eggs, bread, tea, and more! Location is unsurpassed, absolutely amazing, not even a stone's throw from everything! Family are very sweet and kind. Wonderful view from the breakfast area.

It was absolutely perfect in every way. A great location, beautifully furnished, extremely clean and comfortable. Helpful staff. And the breakfast … served on a rooftop terrace, there’s enough food to last all day: eggs, cheeses, jams, cream, bread, pancakes, fresh fruit, dried fruit and nuts, a pot of tea … Family happy to arrange transport to the airport or car to visit nearby sites.
There’s nothing to dislike about it.

Location was excellent. Inside the walls of old Khiva and everything within the walls in easy walking distance.
Breakfast truly excellent and taken on the roof looking out over minarets and madrasseh.
Staff really helpful. Our (very) early morning departure made easy with packed breakfast and taxi at the door.
I would not change anything.
