The staff was outstanding! They were attentive and friendly. I would go back again! I would like to shout out: Gem, Leandra, Tristan, Tanya, Arianne, Garth, Peter, housekeeping, Gail, Belinda, Bettina, Marina, Keesha, Haley, Typhaney, Risa, Shemar, Glenroy, Daniela, Theodore, Glaive, and Kerry-Ann!!!!!!!
I enjoyed everything about this property. My experience was a happy one. The pools were refreshing and the beach was awesome. Everything is accessible and the taxi drivers were friendly.

All inclusive was amazing to not move from the resort. Our room had endless views and very close to the main pool and dining areas. My knee was injured and this helped me so much. The Italian restaurant was amazing and they made special arrangements for my bf birthday. The porters were super friendly and helpful. The bed was super comfy and our stay was very relaxing. Kudos to the foam party. We had a blast
Nothing. Everything and everyone were amazing even in crisis. One restaurant food was a hit and miss but the cat loved the food. lol

The breakfast was very good for the most. There need to be improvement in overall customer service.
Some the the staff were indifferent and dismissive.
