Bon rapport qualité prix

L’hôtel se trouve en plein centre piétonnier, le petit-déjeuner est varié et abondant .Le parking d’accès facile.

L’engistrement un peu long tout le monde arrivant au même moment. Peut-être dû aux travaux de l’hôtel

Un hôtel très bien situé, bien tenu, en rénovations.

L'hôtel est excveptionnellement bien situé. Il était en rénovation, ce qui occasionnait quelques désagréments mineurs. Les déjeuners-buffets étaient bons, mais chers. Gand est en général une ville chère.

Décevant et stressant

Buen desayuno y excelente para visitar el centro

No nos avisaron que el hotel está en construcción y renovación. Nos despertaron martillazos a las 8 am y luego los trabajadores querían entrar al cuarto para revisar la ducha. Fue muy incómodo ya que no solo era temprano pero también mi madre estaba tomando la ducha. Luego de llamar a recepción sobre la situación se me indicó de no dejarlos pasar . Escuchaba que seguían afuera del cuarto y era incómodo para mis padres y para mi. Finalmente no pude tomar mi ducha . Al rato el de mantenimiento entro a la habitación sin esperar que nosotros los huéspedes le autorizáramos a pasar. Nos estábamos cambiando y el abrió de golpe la puerta . No le dejé entrar… cuando íbamos tomando el ascensor el agarró las gradas corriendo y al bajar a recepción el de mantenimiento estaba hablando con el gerente diciéndole “ su versión” de lo sucedido. Y el gerente solo nos decía excusas sobre lo que había pasado . Y aunque le explicamos que tuvieron que avisarnos si había problema en la habitación el no quiso entender por qué estábamos molestos . Finalmente en compensación por el taladro a las 8 am , los constructores intentado entrar , y el de mantenimiento entrando de golpe a la habitación solo se nos ofreció pagar el Uber a la estación de tren … ( solo cuesta 7 € ) no lo aceptamos y nos fuimos .

Excelente hotel

A localização do hotel é muito boa, super central. Mesmo assim, o hotel é de fácil acesso por carro e tem estacionamento próprio. As instalações são novas e modernas. Os quartos foram reformados recentemente. O café da manhã foi excelente. A equipe de funcionários foi super gentil. O hotel não só aceita cachorros como forneceu caminha, vasilhas e ainda deu um brinquedo de presente.

Brilliant staff and hotel

The staff were really helpful, understanding and friendly.

There were renovations happening in the hotel (during the working day) but not a major inconvenience as it was just a little noisy on occasion in the communal areas.

Emplacement idéal, petit dej superbe, mais prix trop élevé et bruyant

Le personnel fut très aimable, accueillant et rendant service ! L'emplacement est idéal ! Le petit déjeuner est somptueux !

Les chambres sont très peu isolées niveau sonore. Le bruit dans le couloir fut vraiment important jusqu'1h du matin et dès 6h les portes des chambres ont claqué sur tout notre étage, nous réveillant complètement. La salle de bain, pour une chambre rénovée, et donc plus chère, était très rudimentaire

Great location friendly helpful staff and a great breakfast.

The location is fantastic for a trip to Ghent, The Staff were very pleasant and helpful. The breakfast selection was excellent.

There were renovations happening in the hotel, it would have been nice to know this in advance. the first room we got the Air con was broken but the staff immediately moved us to a new room.

La habitación que nos asignaron en un principio era mejorable, daba a un patio con la ventana a ras de suelo. No entendí el porqué no nos ofrecieron otra hasta no exigir que nos la cambiarán, teniendo en cuenta que había otra pero con vistas a la calle.

Great and quiet superior room, splendid if expensive breakfast buffet (how much can u eat for breakfast? Not as much as what is on offer). Friendly staff and great location.

Greater price range for breakfast would have been welcomed but it is a great buffet.

Me lleve una grata sorpresa con el Hotel y con la ciudad. Por supuesto que volveré... pero más días.

La ubicación del hotel es perfecta. En el centro histórico de la ciudad, con mucha oferta gastronómica. También destacar que tienen parking propio, y si llevas coche de alquiler es lo más cómodo.

No es que me disgustara. Pero las almohadas eran algo incomodas. Pero... ya sabéis, uno está acostumbrado a sus almohadas.... y es difícil encontrar unas idénticas a las tuyas. No es culpa del hotel.... es culpa de mi edad......

Brilliant weekend to celebrate a special birthday. The breakfast was amazing.

The choice of breakfast is the best I have ever since. It was simply amazing. The location of the hotel is superb. The bedroom was huge and very comfortable. We will return.

Every time we left the hotel there was a group of people outside smoking. It would have been better if they had a special smoking area away from the entrance.

False advertisement - no sauna or fitness - noisy

False advertisement - The hotel is more of an active construction site than a place to get a good night's sleep. The top floor is entirely stripped, it's likely to be this way for a few months to come. This should be mentioned beforehand. Sauna and fitness are non-existent, even though it's advertised. For 175€ /night, I do expect better. The staff did nothing to compensate for the inconvenience. Accomodation itself is roomy, but outdated.

Perfect hotel op mooie locatie met parkeergelegenheid en subliem ontbijt.

We hadden een prachtige ruime kamer. We hadden een standaardkamer geboekt maar kregen een upgrade naar een executive-room. Het hotel ligt heerlijk centraal in het centrum met alles op loopafstand. Het hotel is met de auto goed te bereiken en we konden voor een redelijk bedrag van € 27,50 onder het hotel parkeren. Het ontbijt is subliem. Je kunt het zo gek niet bedenken of het ligt er en alles vers en van uitstekende kwaliteit. Personeel is erg vriendelijk en behulpzaam.

Kan echt niets bedenken alles was perfect.

Location is quite nice. There was a treatment for kids with candy for kids, which is nice.

Late check-in is a horrible practice, 16.00 is just not acceptable. We were told that the room is ready after 16.00. The hotel has very old interior. Air conditioner was noisy and dysfunctional.

Comfortable stay at a very kid- and dog-friendly hotel in the beautiful city centre of Ghent.

Breakfast was very good. Plenty of vegetarian and vegan options, which is important for me. I appreciate the hotel had an area for small kids with bowls, utensils and some kid-friendly breakfast foods, with colouring books and crayons. Very well thought. We went with our small dog, and I discovered the hotel is very dog friendly. Upon entering the room, a staff person knocked on the door and handed me a large and comfy dog bed with a doggy toy and two bowls. Very thoughtful! The hotel is situated in a perfect Gent city centre location. Can't beat it.
