It was close to the tram. The hotel was comfortable.

Staff was very welcoming. Comfortable room, clean with everything needed. Though it could use some fresh air. I've spent quiet evening in the hotel's restaurant.
Location is not the greatest, if you're visiting Gent. I had to be quite close to the hotel, so for me was not really an issue, even though tram 1 which is the best connection to the city is not operating atm. There is nothing around the hotel, but it's really close to the highway, if you're traveling by car, I guess it's a good thing.

The room was a great size for a family and was quite comfortable.
The room's climate system wasn't functioning, and some of the lights were missing light bulbs.
