The hotel is beautiful, the location is excellent. The breakfast iis excellent, even the coffee is good which is not common in this region. The staff is helpful and does their best. Overall opinion is that it worth its cost, however there is room for improvement.
1) I booked a room with two separated beds - it is an important aspects and among others it was the reason why I chose this hotel. It was a surprise when we occupied the room and there was only one bed (double) bed in the room without the option to separate it. The receptionist apologized when I went back and tried to help, offering two single rooms, which did not suit us. But still: why did I have to go back to the reception? I would have liked to have been warned about this upon arrival.
2) Since we were basically satisfied (and we could bear the shared bed), and our travel plans changed, we stayed another night, which we reported to the reception the next morning at around 8 am and paid for the extra night. Despite this, the receptionist (the 2nd one) with the cleaning lady came around 2 pm and warned us that we should have left the accommodation by 11 am. I am sure that it was not the first time when a guest changed his plans, paid the extra night and does not want to be disturbed in his rest. I am sure the there is a procedure on how to inform the cleaning staff about changes, but it was not applied. I would like to emphasize that the staff was basically nice, when they made sure that we really paid for the accommodation, they apologized. But why is the guest the best means to inform the staff about the changes?
The hotel wasn't bad, and I highly recommend it, but it would have been much better if these inattentions hadn't happened.

Beliggenheden er fin og morgenmaden virkelig overdådig
Min sen var sindssyg hård, det var svært at falde i søvn efter en meget lang dag efter min datters bryllup. Jeg havde virkelig brug for at sove godt.
