The location, the view & the comfortable room. The lady who cleaned our room on the final morning efficiently texted quickly to say she had found vital medicines which we collected just in time.
The lift was a little rickety and was once not working which may have been for cleaning, but was frustrating in the heat, none the less. Also if the door had shut on the large terrace there was no handle on the outside to enter. And check in was awkward late at night with no concierge and a locked door. And only a telephone number to contact.

My stay was amazing! It's a prime location, just a short walking distance from the port, and there's a subway station within a 5-minute walk. The moment I entered i was greeted by a very nice receptionist, Anna, who I chatted and she showed me my room. The room was very clean, spacious, and comfy, with a spacious bathroom. There were a few convenient things like sleepers, nespresso machine, some snacks, a mini-bar with water, juice, and a beer. Plus to this, there's an amazing pasticceria where the breakfast is included ( a coffee and a pastry of your choice). There's a big outdoor terrace with a city view, and 2 domes of Santa Brigida church and Galleria Umberto I. This beautiful church is literally connected to the building and even has a side door entrance near the elevator. The communication with a receptionist was great and prompt. To be honest, it exceeded my expectations. I'd definitely recommend staying there, and I'd personally come back!

The location of the hotel was outstanding. Room was very clean and staff was very friendly, helpful, and professional. The staff displayed flexibility to our needs, which we appreciated greatly. Overall, a fantastic experience!

The location was good. It is a noisy area but you are in the middle of the city so it is expected. It was clean for a dated room. Amenities were good, nice little touches, slippers, coffee, biscuits, shampoo, conditioner, hairdryer, ironing board etc.
The worst thing for us was the walls are paper thin. You could hear next door flushing their toilet, snoring and coughing all night. If you go onto your balcony there are only plants separating the adjoining rooms. So if you sit ourside at the same time the other guests do, there really isn't any privacy out there. Breakfast was included which was great, however it's a few doors down at the road. There was fresh fruit on day one but none for the next 3 days. Not cereal toast, eggs etc. So we only had coffee there which was disappounting considering we would never eat cakes for breakfast.
