Room was clean and comfortable. breakfast was good. getting luggage up to the 3rd floor was rough.
explanation of getting into building and up to elevator and to room. We were traveling with a lot of luggage due to a cruise and found it very difficult to get luggage up to elevator and up to room. otherwise everything was good.

Clean, good location for port & 30 mins walk to train line porta Napoli where you can get to Pompeii & Vesuvius , nice receptionist, small but okay breakfast but mainly cakes but did have French bread , it’s small continental breakfast. I enjoyed my stay
It’s not really a hotel, more maybe b&b, it’s very small so don’t go here if you want hotel facilities. I never saw anyone at the bar & I was hoping to use the bar as travelling alone & thought a hotel bar would be useful but it wasn’t.

Location was great, staff very friendly and great help
there is no toilet door but just a curtain. This is quite too much even if you travel with family.
The floor around the bathtub is messy. Pillow are old and uncomfortable.
Breakfast was fair but the breakfast location is sad, without window or music.
The hotel look under renovation in some part and was not mentioned
