The location was very good in the heart of Sigtuna. The room was very spacious, but unfortunately had only a very small bathroom. There was sufficient parking available, though the parking spaces were a bit small. Dinner at the restaurant was nice.
The stay did not meet our expectations. We paid extra for a view of the lake, but in reality this was just a side view and the lake could only be seen when standing very closely to the window (and looking sideways). Breakfast was substandard, there weren't many options and we definitely expected more from a five-star hotel. The showerhead was not cleaned properly (for a while it appears..) and we found toenails from previous guests in the room. Overall the hotel feels dated.
