Too many screaming kids

Good location

My main issue was the place was overrun with screaming kids in the main pool..there is a separate pool for children but they were all in the main pool making it impossible to relax. Staff didn't care.either when there.were clearly adults who wanted quite time

CHAOS AT BREAKFAST NO TABLES NO BACON OR PANCAKES

Nice hotel but has training issues & overrun with children

Good Breakfast although always had to q outside from 830 to 10am. Large well maintained property Rooms clean and spacious

Pool staff badly needing training, two incidents with badly handled staff who where inexperienced to deal with guests. Lots of security staff hanging around the lobby and car park, created an uneasy and not 5 star resort feel. Again lack of training security staff bored and getting involved with hotel guests. Check in was very impersonal and zero information given on the hotel literally pay and sign electronic screen not what I would expect for a 5star experience Huge amount of children running around from early morning till 11pm, at the pool, breakfast, lunch restaurant etc. Ideal for families but not for couples or honeymooners or older guests looking for a 5 star retreat.

One happy family at park royal hotel resort is the best stay ever and the warm hospitality given, the best buffet breakf

The best stay ever! I like all the staffs here and they’re friendly, nice, helpful and quick respond to the customer. The best buffet breakfast (all the foods delicious and tasty). The view and all facilities given 10/10 marks, kid’s friendly area, safe and the beautiful views. My family and i really2 enjoy our short vacation here. Tq for the warm facilities and surely i’ll missed this place. Also they keep our room cleaned and change the towels when we’re not around (tq being honesty worker during cleaning the room cause we forget to bring out the purse)

nice stay but won’t return

clean, beautiful lobby, welcoming drinks was nice. staffs were friendly and professional. walking distance to restaurants

queen size bed for a RM600-700 room. hurm poor management in handling the crowd during breakfast. we had to wait in queue for 15 minutes. never experienced this in other 5 stars hotels. breakfast selection was average. basic omelette was poorly done. perhaps the hotels were understaff. however it wasn’t the first time the hotel operating during school holiday. it was anticipated.

Great place for families.

The two-bedroom family room was fantastic, with ample space for four. The restaurants in the resort - an Asian hotel and an Italian hotel - were very good and reasonably priced. The staff was extremely warm and helpful. Though the resort was not huge, it was well maintained and clean.

The watersports facility on the beach was linked to the hotel and was quite expensive. The breakfast was great. But after a couple of days, it did get a little boring. But nothing to complain about. The chefs could think of how to liven up the spread for guests who stay for a while.

a beautiful and comfort destination in Batu ferringi that’s worth the money

Excellent upgrade from the facility few years ago I’ve stayed there a couple of times before Covid but this time is much better rooms were renovated and there’s almost improvement in everything staff were friendly and the kids club was great for children. Zubaidah was amazing there one final good thing the shops inside the hotel their prices were very reasonable and convenient you wouldn’t need to purchase anything from outside

one exception was the sliding door of the toilet! I don’t understand how you put a sliding door for the toilet in a family room without the ability to lock it!!! that was very inconvenient especially with young children how could you do that? this alone would lower the rating for the entire experience but I didn’t want to forget all the good things the hotlel has done
