Comfortable adjoining rooms for our family. Fabulous buffet breakfast. Convenient location. Nice pool area and beach views. Enjoyed the sunset beach walks.

Room was good, spacious, clean neat and modern.
Bathrooms were clean and spacious and working well.
Best part about this hotel are the staff and the front of lobby personnel.
Breakfast was good and tasty, though could be replenished more quickly
My biggest disappointment was in two things, because the reviews seemed to be much more glowing on the kids pool, slides and the indoor play areas.
The kids pool felt small and perhaps during holiday periods, it could get really crowded. But also the volleyball net felt really restrictive in an already small area, plus the kids pool was technically not as shallow as part of the adults' pool. Then the slides, yeah theyre great but also not the best suited for younger kids. The amazon splash area had some faulty or non-functioning areas, and overall was not the most fun.
My biggest gripe was the indoor play area, as the play gym was closed in most sections due to faulty or broken sections, and not sure how long its been that way but it seemed like a long time. Staff also kinda mentioned in passing its been that way for a while. The accessible areas were also weirdly not flat, and had humps that were trip hazards. The other areas okay, but very forgettable and very dated overall.
