This was a lovely place. The room was large and comfortable and great view, the pool was beautiful, the staff were extremely helpful, the breakfast so many choices and delicious. So was the food for lunch and dinner. Location was good for what we had planned to do.

The resort has such a beautiful and peaceful atmosphere, with lush gardens and a lovely beachfront setting. Our stay was comfortable and relaxing, and we really enjoyed the overall ambience.
The staff were warm, friendly and attentive throughout our stay, making us feel very well taken care of. The breakfast was also delicious with plenty of choices for the whole family.
A beautiful resort for some quality family time and a relaxing escape. Definitely one of our favourite stays in Penang and we’d love to come back!
The only suggestion would be to consider upgrading or refurbishing the rooms, as they feel slightly dated. With the resort’s beautiful surroundings and excellent service, refreshed rooms would make the overall experience even more exceptional.

I really loved the location of the hotel. The breakfast was delicious with a good variety of food, and the room was very comfortable. I stayed in the Garden Wing and absolutely loved the beautiful view, it made the whole stay feel very relaxing and enjoyable.

Staff very friendly, Beautifully maintained gardens and large pool area. Well sized garden view room with balcony and generous bathroom.
Bed mattress too hard and experienced aching hips as a result of trying to sleep on the king size bed. Apart from the breakfast the food offer and quality was ordinary and we did eat in all three food options at the hotel but very disappointed. Some parents leaving small children unattended in the pool areas was concerning and we experienced a near drowning of a small boy because his mother was constantly at the pool bar with friends and not supervising her two kids. This situation causes stress for others around the pool who can see small children not being supervised by parents and relying on pool staff to do their job. Need signage around pool area informing parents that it is their responsibility to supervise their kids and not rely on others to watch them in case they get into trouble in the water.
