It’s clean and well maintained. Facilities was good and I love the breakfast spread.
Receptionist told me that booking.com didn’t convey my special request that I’m celebrating my son’s birthday over the weekend. Even if the message conveyed, they won’t be able to entertain during the weekend. I think a 4-5star hotel could have done better.

Staf was so friendly and attentive. Fast service as well. Great pool for kids. Truly a place for families. Close to beach.
Room needed an upgrade. Cleanliness in the toilet also need to improve. Does not match a 4 star hotel level. Can hear noise coming from the hall and outside pool very clearly. It was quite disturbing.

Location, breakfast and staff courtesy stood out. Approximately 5kms from Escape Water Park, makes the location even more impressive! Breakfast spread was commendable as it covered all the major cuisines. Kids indoor play area was reasonably big but can be overcrowded when the footfall is high during public holidays.
