Piscine chambre fonctionnelle

Le petit déjeuner est à améliorer , ajouter des fruits différents , jamais de mangues par ex, et des pommes de terre sautées plus souvent et en plus grande quantité . La navette pour Central n a pas de retour …donc obligation de prendre un taxi cher

Great Staff

The staff were amazing. Wonderful people with the kindest attitude. I will not forget Green and Priew also the rest, too many to name.

No towels! On occasions, they ran out of milk for milkshakes, pizzas, and even chips.

War sehr erholend.

Schöne Unterkunft. Zimmer waren schön und gemütlich. Die Betten waren gut. Vor dem Hotel war zwar ein kleiner Strand, jedoch waren die meistenste am Pool sodass wir den Strand für uns hatten.

for the price it is a terrific stay and would definitely book it again

Spacious and had 2 toilets bit dated but clean and the price was so good we had the suite room pool area excellent as a quiet area for adults only staff very friendly breakfast was okay plenty to eat lovely views from the beach and pool. highly recommend if you are on a budget can easily walk to fisherman’s in about 15 minutes

overall a nice place to stay near the Fisherman village, good for families with kids. but not ideal if you want a seclud

This is a pretty nice hotel with a good inner courtyard. Friendly staff, great location. Shower was okay, air conditioning very strong.

It was a bit crowded. The rooms need a bit of renovation. The restaurant food is very average. Soundproofing in rooms is very weak.

Avoid

This hotel is like a hostel. The beds were very uncomfortable beds, as if you were laying on a concrete floor. Pillows also very hard. Room was tiny and dirty stains on the seats. Bathroom also tiny and dirty (hairs everywhere). We had a room at the front, so were kept awake the whole night due to loud traffic. Staff at the reception barely speak English. The whole hotel is just dirty and stains everywhere, with a serious need of a proper paint job. We left after one night.

The pool and breakfast was ok. Beach towels

The room smelt mouldy, bathroom was full of mould, small balcony, room wasn’t clean. Loud aircondition. No shade on the pool and on the beach. The sea was dirty, the water smelt. We couldn’t swim in the sea.

We loved staying here! The beach was awesome, not too far away from the night market, helpful and kind staff!

Loved that it was right on the beach! It was about a mile to walk to the Fisherman’s Village, but a nice flat stroll along the street or the beach. The massages on the beach were fantastic! The front desk crew was helpful and very welcoming.

We loved eating dinner at the night market in the Fisherman’s Village. It was about a mile to walk there and a mile to walk back, so it wasn’t the most central location for that attraction. The facilities in the room were a little worn, but overall it was a great stay.

Very good with kids

The pools were very nice, with a nice bar for drinks and food. Also the rooms were big enough four our daughters 7-11 (family room with connecting door) The breakfast is enough, some thai & western food, nice omelett cook, and a nice view and direct acces to beach Very cool bar 50meter right from hotel

The beach is nice but in the water deep of 1 meter the sand feels very soft and really dirty. A friend of mine saw much dirt swimming above.. Location is a bit far from touristic places

Disapointing. would stay somewhere else next time.

it was clean. The A/C worked well.

The beach (the water) in front of the property was dirty and you couldn’t swim there. The room was very small. Luckily we had very little luggage otherwise I am not sure where we would have put it in the room. The hotel was a decent walk (in the heat) away from the Fisherman’s Market area.

The hotel is located on the beachfront. Nice pools. Close to fisherman village . Staff are very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was OK. Connecting rooms worked very well with children. Enjoyed our stay, and we will definitely go back.

A very pleasant and comfortable stay indeed. Can highly recommend the property.

Ibis Koh Samui is truly a real gem in the Accor group. The property is well located with the Fisherman’s Village close by. You don't have to struggle to get to the city centre, as there are more than enough ways to reach it by making use of taxi's in the vicinity.

There is not really much that could be added to the list as the property does really have it all and offers a lot for the price. Well worth it.

the bathroom smelled so badly of sewage that we couldn’t go into it sometimes without gagging. however that wasn’t the main issue, I forgot a personal item in the room. specifically a little blanket that I got from my best friend before he died. the blanket is over 10 years old and has come with me everywhere. I know it seems very silly, but it had an enormous amount of value to me. I was sick that day when I checked out and left in on the bed. I called the same day the second I realised and they told me nothing was found. we went there in the morning to talk to the cleaning lady to see if she had thrown it away and were fully ready to go dumpster diving. they wouldn’t let us talk to her or look in lost property, but instead ensured us it didn’t get thrown away and that they would message us. We were supposed to leave the island that day, but instead checked in somewhere to wait.We called them everyday for 3 days until they told us that the cleaning lady said she had thrown it away. I am beyond heart broken and understand I am to blame, but if they had just told us it was thrown away we would have been able to look for it or not spend hundred of euros extra to stay in hotels and wait.

Access to the beach. Wide beach front. Many long chairs. Room is quiet. Kind staff, except the man next to the shuttle sign, awful guy.

Breakfast was bad quality. Room is too small. Bed is small. Sea view was blocked. No beach towels. Hotel is too far from Fishermen's Village.

We were very disappointed

The location

The hotel is badly maintained and the garden is a pity to see. We had the worst room ever on the ground floor, next to the laundry room and with the view of a concrete wall. The breakfast used to be good, but is now a minimum offered.
