The hotel is very convenient for families with kids.The variety of food is good and the staff is very helpful and friendly.
It would be better if the common areas are more clean and the music from the speakers in the corridor is off in the morning

I liked it in general but worse than other years
Not as before.I can see worse food.
The noise was horrible and present 24 7
Ujrainean cleaning ladies not nice,never say hello to customers,vacuming at stupid hours....even noise from staff at 3 o clock morning
Vacuum during afternoon
Coffee machine in front of my room and constant noise
I will not return to this location
Parking spot in the bushes....paid also..my son car was touched by other car and he left...

Good water slides, the room was clean, the kids club on the other Prestige Hotel was good
Some facilities were broken, some of the staff were not helpful, the carpets were very dirty, food never changes and only small and crowded place to eat.
