AquaClub GRIFID Hotel Bolero - Ultra All Inclusive & Private Beach

We had a wonderful stay at AquaClub GRIFID Hotel Bolero and were very impressed with the overall experience. First of all, the staff deserves special praise. Everyone was well-trained, professional and always willing to help. A special mention goes to the entertainment team, who truly deserve all the appreciation for what they do. Keeping such a large and diverse audience entertained, with guests from so many different European countries, is not an easy task, but they managed to do it exceptionally well. Their energy, enthusiasm and professionalism were outstanding. The aqua park was definitely one of the main attractions for our children, but honestly, the adults enjoyed it just as much. It was a great addition to the holiday and provided plenty of fun for the whole family. The food and drinks were more than sufficient and very much to our taste. There was plenty of variety, and we never felt that we were missing anything. Another major advantage is the private beach, with plenty of sun loungers and umbrellas spread across a large area. The beach bar is also exactly what you need after a swim in the sea, a perfect place to grab a refreshing drink and relax.

They don't provide parking near the hotel, they take your car up to 1Km away and it stays there for the rest of the vacation (11 mins walk from hotel to the parking) and you also have to pay for it. The furniture in the room is old, doors from the wardrobe almost falling The room has door that communicate with other room (luckily we had our friends staying in the other room) The food is very poor in variety and sometimes even tasteless, meat is often cold, if some of the meat it's over, they change it with something else (for example we had shrimps at the Mediterranean dinner one evening and even if the dinner is up until 21:00, at 19:30 there were no shrimps and were replace with something like meatballs!) Beverages are more like colored water than beer or Pepsi, not to mention the wine is awful. Always finding cups of coffee dirty and also some of the plates. The lunch is between 12:30 and 14:00. At 14:00 they shut down the light in the restaurant and start gathering all the food. The sunbeds are not enough at the pool and in the beach - even if they have some kind of rule of not getting the sunbeds reserved, every time there are sunbeds occupied with towels and no one around and the hotel staff doesn't do anything for this matter
