The location was great,beach is just really few steps away,the 24 Hours Ultra All-inclusive was true 👌we enjoyed the foods and drinks a lot.
The Indonesian staffs are really very friendly and also Daniela from the Housekeeping did a good work as well.
The room description doesn’t much our room.Special feature being mentioned was pool or garden view but we had the parking lot view.Absolutely,I was not happy about that esp. If you are looking forward to have a better view in the morning and night. I even talked to the receptionist and they even agreed it was indeed a misleading information and that I should contact booking.com directly.It was disappointing!

Fabulous all inclusive hotel! We were with our one year old and it was great to be there. The hotel supplied us with a baby bath and cot at no extra cost.The staff were super friendly and the food was amazing! The hotel was very busy as it was peak season but at no point did you feel like you weren’t noticed. The location is great and a bit further down from the loud strip , very suitable for families.
Would have been nice for a swing set for babies, and a kiddies pool. Also, the sauna and steam room were only available for a fee which was a bit disappointing .

Choice of food, location
Not properly cleaned bathroom at our arrival, constant smell at the bathroom, distribution of drinks during meals (several times we did not get any drinks), fitness centre is just too small, offered classes for pilates are not guided by a certified instructor, swimming pools are not at all for swimming (inside pool is too small, outside pool is obviously meant only for standing people, people throwing balls of various sizes and small kids), infinity pool was not available - it is for extra payment which we were willing to pay and which was advertised when we booked the hotel, however, they told us we can make the reservation only for next year ... ???, the beds are harder than usual, fridge in the room was so noisy we had to turn it off every night
