I stayed here two weeks ago. I gave it a 10 because we were impressed by the service and the staff. It seemed to me that they did everything they could to please us. We decided to come back in two weeks to repeat the experience. They managed to impress us even more. The hotel manager was extraordinary and resolved a situation in an extremely favorable way for us. I did not expect anything like this. I can say with my hand on my heart that my family and I love our Bulgarian neighbors. I wish our hosts in Romania could also offer the services that our Bulgarian neighbors offer.

The food was delicious and there were very good anymation programs during the evening
We had some problems with the air conditioning- sometimes it was too warm and at other times it was too cold

The food was delicious, also they had a very nice pool. They surprised us with our kid with his 16th birthday, with cake, champagne and fireworks for cake! It was a pleasant stay, I strongly recommend it!
No sun beds/bar on the beach

The view towards the sea was fine. Parking ok. Food of acceptable quality. Enough sunbeds.
The hotel was crowded. The personel did not enforce the sanitary measures: people without masks in hotel or inside elevator, even with shoes in the small swimming pool. The entertainment speaker had broken sound and was too loud.
