The apartment was nice and comfortable.It had air-conditioning in the living room and the bedrooms. The beds were comfortable.
The kitchen was well equipped with a big fridge , a stove and a microwave.
The balcony was overlooking at the pool. The pool was big and clean. There were enough sunbeds.
The sofa in the living room was comfortable.
The breakfast was a good value - it had variety including eggs, pancakes, waffles, cakes, fruit.
The staff at the reception was friendly and helpful.
The hotel has an excellent location in the resort and a short walking distance to the beach, restaurants and the main shopping street.
The bathrooms had a smell of drain and are a bit dated. In one of the bathrooms the sink drain was leaky and making the floor wet.
In the kitchen there was no sponge, also had to ask especially to get the washing liquid filled. There was no coffee machine in the room.
The pool was closing at 18:00 o'clock.
The burning incense smell of the "spa" before the restaurant is very unpleasant.
At 9:40 am the staff at the breakfast (who btw didn't speak bulgarian) were refusing to get the milk refilled. The milk jar was refilled only when we insisted to speak to a supervisor. Milk is a basic must for breakfast, clients should not be chasing the staff to get milk while the breakfast is still open until 10:00 am.

Nice, clean hotel with a good selection of tasty and versatile food. The animator team was excellent, they took good care of both adults and children. The sea is close, with several different beach options.
Not property problem, it's general that way too many people are smoking everywhere.
