Fantastic clean beach side apartment

Beautiful clean spacious apartment with balconies with black sea views. Parking available, very friendly staff, kids clubs and things available if needed. Pool, huge breakfast we couple believe how much variety there was. Short walk to the main strip and the sea, beautiful beach, nice restaurants. The apartment had lovely comfortable beds, 2 full bathrooms with showers and a bath so really comfortable for a group of us. Well equipped kitchen area.

With few exceptions or perhaps with too high expectations, I can say that everything was ok.

I liked the cleanliness of the apartment, the food and the location of the hotel, very close to the beach. I saw the sunrise every morning, from the bed, which was superb.

I did not like the bathroom with a bathtub and plastic curtain, the very hot mattress, the very bad service at the bars, the bed quality of the coffee and the beer, the cleanliness of the bar terrace which was non-existent, the sunbeds at the pool which were always occupied by towels without owners, the pavements and stairs outside which was degraded and dangerous. I felt the lack of a private beach area.

Great vacation at this hotel

Everything. Staff speak English and will solve any problem. Food was good and plenty. Big room with utilities.

Exceptional

EVERYTHING and this is an understatement: perfect cleanliness, the most delicious foods, the divine freshness of drinks, the view from the terrace, the oversize of rooms, etc.... it was the perfect mini-holiday, far more satisfying than I have ever imagined!

---------- It would be a huge lie to say anything wrong about Golden Line Apart Hotel! And, believe me, I have been in quite a few hotels in Golden Sands!

Pool is not heated

I paid 50 leva for parking even though it says free parking is available. The front desk told me it is 10 leva per day, only to be told by the parking attendant that for a two night stay it is 25 leva per night. The pool was not heated as stated on booking.com. when i asked about it i got a rude answer from the front desk about how i should be patient and wait for warmer weather tomorrow. The front desk receptionists are extremely rude and cold and are more worried about their bathrobes than guests having a good time. The cutlery was dirty and used and we got a room that had a faulty door and a broken air conditioner.

Pretty good

Overall it was pretty great, all inclusive is more than enough, new dishes every day.

The Booking page mentioned a gym but it was closed the whole week. The rooms are soundproof but the doors are paper and if someone talks on the hallway you can clearly hear what they're saying.

I think this hotel is 3 stars, does not deserve to be be classified as 4.

The room was large, the balcony very nice. The parking was well organized and the car was safe.

The bathtub was too high and difficult to use, a lot of furniture inutile in the room and the wardrobe to high to be used by small people. Broken glass at the bathroom not replaced (who knows from when). The so-called coffee was actually a colored water.

Location, room, balcony with the view, excellent breakfast

We came by bus so we needed extra information regarding bus stops and etc...the girl from the reception seemed confused and didn't gave us accuret information. Our check-out was quite early so we asked for lunch box becouse we couldn;t be present on breakfast (breakfast that was paid for if I may add) We got few slices of dry tost, slice of ham, slice of cheese, tomato....This is something you would expect from some some low budget hotel/quest house......Hotel like this that has excellent breakfast/dinner can do soooo much better in this situations

Good location

Some of my items was stolen. The management wasn't helpful and the CCTV don't cover the rooms balcony. Somebody stole my shoes and clothes from the balcony. I am almost sure the guy who stole my things was a Romanian guy from the next room. He easily jump from his balcony to mine. Overall Golden sands doesn't impressed me and the Golden Line Hotel don't deserve 4 stars, they don't meet our expectations, the room and the hall not cleaned, no lift for 1 floor ( we have a baby and had to carry on the buggy in arms on stairs) the food was good but every morning have to sit on queue for omelette and pancakes 😅 I will not recommend this hotel to nobody.

Stay away !!!

The weather was lovely

We got food poisoning , we saw the hotel doctor and she confirmed that. A day later , when we requested the diagnostic form in order to get a refund and leave , she conveniently said she has not got it anymore. When my wife made a complaint , she was given a blank paper instead of the hotel complaint book. I had to go back and re do the complaint A complete joke Staff is trying to cover up everything Booking.com offered 25 euro refund The hotel offered nothing , even we have provided a new doctor's diagnostic for my children A complete joke , ruined our holiday We left 3 days early and still no refund Stay away

Disappointing

The staff were okay. The animation team was working well to entertain everyone.

The hotel is not value for money. The rooms are very basic. On the site it says you can have one bedroom apartment for 4 people but the sofa bed in the living room is impossible to sleep on. The restaurant is too small and it is a struggle trying to find a space to sit. There is no much vegetarian mains and vegan options are non existent. I would not fo back especially for this amount of money.

We enjoyed everything about this hotel

The room was very clean and every day the staff changed the towels and made clean. The meals were great, diverse and fresh - for all tastes (including for vegetarians) The staff was friendly, helpful and people oriented (especially with the children) Pool - clean parking-you have to pay extra in case you want to relax and have a great massage-you have the possibility, but with extra money (is not included)

Everything was according with the information posted by the hotel. we met people upset about the parking place, but this was mentioned from the beginning by the hotel….

Excelent.

Everything was great! It was the 4th time we have choose Goldeline. All incluisive was excelent, the Chef and his colleagues did the best to fullfil our expectation.
