I came here every summer for the last three years and I still like the place. The hotel is right on the beach, it is clean and has large rooms. Food is great. Staff and entertainers are nice and friendly.
Escape room might need some refurbishment, especially the pool table.

Big room and bathroom, nice terace with sea side view, indoor and outdoor pools were lovely, clean beach, good food
Great service during breakfast: we were seated by the staff according to preferences, tables always clean, friendly staff. Also there was a lovely young lady at the reception that was also friendly.
The outdoor pool was not heated. For a Grifid hotel, I expected more.
The indoor pool was heated but there was no air…
Additionally, there were families with kids that bullied everyone by throwing a ball over the pool hitting an old lady, laughing… jumping (although clearly interdicted) and the staff around the pool did not do anything to stop the behaviour. I felt so bad for the old lady that simply gelt so disprespected by the kids and their father.
We had only one lunch (the others we skipped) and it was disappointing in variety. Same for the “snacks bar” that only had 3 types of sandwich and or hot dog everyday.
The deserts tasted sweet but all the same taste with different colour.
I tried 4 different cocktails the entire stay. All those from the lobby were awful(made by children), the only good one was made by a real bartender at the outdoor pool.
We went to the rooftop bar and we were told that we have to pay an additional tax to drink there and when we accepted, they said that we need to go back at the forst floor to fiest pay there the tax and then we can come back. They refused to put ti on the room number also. Really bad service.

By midday it was impossible to find a sun bed.

Location - beachfront
Overrated hotel. The furniture is old and the overall appearance of the hotel rooms feels outdated. The TV is old, the cleanliness is below expectations and it seems like you have to ask for your room to be cleaned. The food lacks flavor and variety in some days.
The children's pool and playground are not located within the hotel area.The only real advantage is the hotel's good location.
