The service in breakfast was a bit slow.
We had a room overlooking area which was having new roof noisy at times. Saturday night and Sunday night .

View from room was lovely. Room was very quiet, no disturbance from wedding event. Reception staff and Ellie the manager were very good. Bar staff good.
Bed was ridiculously high and we're both tall! Room could be cleaner, attention to detail. Service at breakfast was disappointing and choice of continental very limited especially compared with other Harbour Hotels. New electric car chargers not working properly and expensive as not stopping once charge complete. No hot water for 3 days out of 5!!

The room was comfortable and the bathroom was fantastic! Our room overlooked the Car Park and rubbish bins.A shelter was being constructed as we arrived and the drilling etc was disruptive. Perhaps, we could have been accommodated elsewhere in the hotel away from the drilling etc which continued until 5.00-5.30pm. Dinner was good and breakfast was ample with a good range of dishes which could be extended from Continental for a modest fee of £7 per person.

the room was well equipt, the breakfast selection was good and dinner was good, the staff were good
first evening no hot water, we were not told, although we arrived soon after booking in time, the next problem was not being able to park at the hotel there is a public car park close but the charge for an overnight stay was £8, The staff in the restaurant seemed to be unorganised with no manager, we also had to queue first morning for breakfast
