Everything was excellent - my sister and I stayed last October and immediately decided to come again in 2026, this time in September.
All the staff were very friendly, extremely kind and very helpful; several we remembered from last year which was an added bonus.
Our 2nd floor room with balcony had wonderful views of the sea, and cliffs to the west. It was very large and comfortable. Breakfast was great, as were the evening meals. The first 2 nights we ate in the dining room (having ordered one course each in the early evening); the 3rd night, to allow us greater flexibility, we ate in the bar and had a very good meal not ordered until c. 7.30. The food was delicous, our only complaint being that perhaps the helpings were a little too large!!

Location is very good, great views from front and side facing rooms. Dog friendly in all rooms which is a bonus.
Breakfast poor in quality. Poached eggs hard, brown bread cheap quality and bacon inedible. Seems to have gone downhill over the years.
