A reasonable place to overnight to get your flight out the next day.

Location. Easy walk to the Rower's Club

Mattress too hard.

Not bad.

Clean, staff, people

Fridge, no enough coffee, milk and tea. Supposed have plates, forks spoons. Hobby and head cup (plastic) , when you have shower keeping dry.

Disappointed

Good location, close to airport and shops nearby. Staff at front desk friendly.

The room was dirty, there was a strong smell of cigarette smoke and the sink did not drain.

Great airport hotel - bar, restaurant and shuttle service.

The booking in experience was excellent - the room was clean and spacious - bed good. Very good experience.

Nothing. Although cookies would be good to have with a cup of tea.

Great location and convenient if travelling via internation airport.

We had a lovely room with nice comfortable bed and pillows.

Restuarant was about local pub standard.

Comfortable, over night stay with easy access to the airport.

Location great to walk to International arrivals lovely spacious room.

Bathroom needs a little updating and room service tea coffee just very basic. For the price expected a little better.

Ambiente im Restaurant laut wie eine Wartehalle Kaffeemaschine mit Kapseln umständlich zu bedienen auch das Personal hat 2 Versuchskapseln gebraucht bis ein mittelmäßiger Kaffee kam.

Excellent comfortable hotel for an overnight stop over at the airport

Very close to airport, (walkable but roads very busy so we used the $10 shuttle) room was large clean and bed very comfortable. Staff were friendly and helpful. Use of health club pool was a bonus.

Location fine, air conditioning in room was loud and kept us up all night. Expected better for price

Perfect stay for either overnight in Sydney to travel overseas or just to stay in Sydney.

From booking in until departure it was 100%. I asked for another room after we arrived, and it was no problem at all. The people at the counter were very efficient and very friendly. We took a drink in the bar and something to eat plus the buffet breakfast the next morning and we could not fault it. The people are all very helpful and friendly. We been there now a few times and will highly recommend the Sydney Airport Novotel. We will definitely use it again in the future.

I honestly can't think about anything we didn't like.

Okay

Close to the airport and airport shuttle

Thought staff were a bit rude. Service was poor and restaurant was ok but very expensive!! Felt like I was just a number!!

A good end to a long trip.

Room was comfortable and quiet. Spacious enough to repack etc. Bed was very comfortable. The restaurant was excellent and very good staff. After a 14 hour flight and a 23 hour all round journey, it was nice to sit and relax with a great meal (slow cooked shoulder of lamb) and wine. Airport shuttle bus was on time and good service.

Room wasn't ready (at 6.30pm) but we had a drink in the bar to wait half an hour or so.

Pleasant

Good location.

Checked in at 3pm and had to wait for room to be ready. Decided to go to restaurant to burn some time. Wrong order was brought, didnt bother changing it, then we waited for 15 mins at the counter to try and pay for our meal, gave up in the end and reception (unable to find any staff) wrote our details down for the whenever the staff returned.

great hotel , needs more dietary changes.

clean and tidy , good reception area, friendly customer service.

good breakfast and great to see more gluten free food, could do with a choice of free from cereal. I know a lot of people eat gluten free food for health reasons but those who suffer from coeliac disease have no choice and can’t eat gluten free unless it’s a 100 % free from gluten and wheat flour . your bar could serve gluten free beers also …thanks .

That it had everything we needed after a long flight home.Very clean room ,comfortable beds and a good late checkout allowing us a well needed sleep in.

Perfect hotel for our holiday!

Quality room, staff were friendly & helpful, delicious food, value parking for our car & easy access to the airport in shuttle bus!
