It was a truly beautiful place, comfy clean rooms with good shower pressure . Has its own resteraunt and bar , and so close to the busy part of town where everything is so close

Free room upgrade. Easy to navigate, although the walk was long between lift and room. Buffet breakfast has a heap of variety. Great location, located between two tramstops on Collins St, also have trams around the corner.
Easy to get to via public transport
Single lift to get to the hotel reception. 2 out of 3 main lifts are being renovated - didn't have to wait too long though.
Was locked out of our room after 10am. I thought I had the check out time wrong, but it was 11am, so not sure what happened there? Reception was able to fix my key/card.
Couple of the exercise equipment had lost connection to the screen/workout sessions.
For a room with 2 queen beds (4 occupancy) there was only 2 mugs, 2 glasses, 2 wine glasses, and two glasses in the bathroom.

Uncomfortable beds, dated bathroom, only 1 lift available and unable to get uber etc from hotel as they are using the only available space to trial valet parking
