Stunning hotel, great location and service.

The Langham is a stunning hotel with great amenities. We had two rooms next to each other for our family of 4, we especially loved the city views and the pool. Location is perfect and we had a great breakfast before our late check out which was much appreciated as we could spend extra time at the pool.

Having to split up into 2 rooms is not ideal but we knew about it when booking, it would be great if there were rooms available that could fit 2 adults and 2 kids (that were affordable).

Fancy but probably wouldn’t stay again due to dates finishings in rooms

Breakfast good and selection good but found the eggs and hot food to be on the cold side. Gorgeous entrance to hotel and staff lovely.

The food from room service. Everything was a bit extra fancy but not really tasty - like a simple ham and cheese toastie loaded with way too much ham and bread just placed on top - not a nice normal toastie like you’d expect from a kids menu. A standard chocolate milkshake loaded with unnecessary extras. Risotto that had a lot of pepper in it, my friend couldn’t even eat it. We also ordered a bowl of chips which again was covered in parsley rather than just plain delicious hot chips we were after. Also realised before check out bed sheets should be changed every other day but we are certain ours were not changed our whole stay. Also no top sheet on the bed we found a bit odd. Another thing the rooms are a bit dated, Carpets a bit old and dirty, our room had a lot of dust in it especially the curtains. PowerPoints were far from beds, and one of our hair tools wouldn’t work at all in the power points there yet there was no issue with it when we got home.

Spoil yourself with luxurious oversized rooms and exceptional facilities.

The rooms were exceptional, spacious with high quality fittings and very comfortable beds. Great facilities and delicious high tea.

Great location

Central location and Langham look and feel.

Cost is high for the room. Curtains look a bit rough for example. Even though had booked months in advance got put in a room right next to the lifts which was so disappointing. Room was only briefly serviced over 4 days.

Overall we were happy, but just felt the room itself was very tired and didn't feel special.

Facilities we exceptional. We both had spa treatments which we fantastic. We felt really well looked after. The check in was great and the staff we very helpful and friendly.

The room felt tired. Staying at the Langham for us was such a treat and we both felt that the room didn't seem at all special. It felt as though it could have done with a little face lift. The phone in the spa didn't work so we found it really difficult to order drinks. The receiver wasn't working so the staff member on the other side couldn't hear my order. I had to call over 5 times to order some juice, which isn't ideal after spa treatment. I reported it to a maintenance man that was there who said he would look into so I hope this has already been sorted.

Fabulous place to stay with excellent staff.

Beds were really large and very comfortable. Location fabulous and all staff were so friendly.

Bathroom is a little dated with the phone right beside the toilet.

The pillows were very high, and the hotel did not particularly have a selection of pillows. Therefore I had to change my pillows after the first night.

Removing the option of having breakfast in the main area downstairs as part of our Suite booking with the Club facilities option only available unless we paid extra for breakfast downstairs.

Enjoyable but not phenomenal

very clean, good location and staff was friendly

The rooms are quite dated, could do with an update. Langham hotels staff is normally 10/10 however I would say that the staff here although very friendly, not quite up to par with other Langhams like sydney and Gold Coast.

Fantastic stay!

Everything! The indoor pool/spa was amazing and warm even on a cold Melbourne autumn morning and location along the Southbank was great.

Comfortable and relaxing.

Lovely comfortable hotel with wonderful staff. Leisure centre is great - heated pool and spa with amazing city views. The hotel is in a perfect location for a visit to Melbourne.

Our only disappointment was with the quality of the overpriced room service meals, and some dishes in breakfast menu. Also not happy with the extra surcharges applied to everything.
