Beautifully appointed room with great river views. There was so much space, yet the room felt cozy. I was attending a conference at the Crown Conference Centre, so the location was spectacular for me. There is easy access to the CBD and plenty of choices for food around Southbank. We arrived early, and reception staff made sure to keep our luggage safe, and even texted to let us know our room was ready before the official check-in time. I read the reviews about the wait and issues with breakfast at the Conservatory, however, we had breakfast there every day without any wait period and service was fantastic
Lots of kids in the swimming pool. Minor issue, but it does get loud.
