I had 2 problems: to check in my plane arrived late (as scheduled) and i was supposed to receive info to get the key. $300 was paid for this! i did not receive anything! But a lady in Phillipines that was on holidays helped. Thank you.
I was supposed to change room 3 days after lies advertised have been exposed. The property manager was nowhere. Invisible. Absent. The lady in charge of cleaning the room helped me. Thank you
I have been shocked by the misrepresent of the room in booking.com. It is sold as "City view". No view. I pointed out the problem, it took 3 days to correct. No coffee maker comversely to promise, And more. There is a lack of integrity and honesty

The property is in a great location
There was no instructions as to where to bring rubbish etc. it would’ve have been useful.

Power went out, ceiling lights, on 2nd night when about to cook. Had to buy takeaway. The bathrooms were dark consequently overnight, had to use phone lights. Wasn’t compensated for the inconvenience even though the staff were lovely
