Got studio for 160 AUS$. Cant imagine you can get better value. Fully equiped kitchen, washer, dryer,….The room in 27 floor fully glass facade overlooking Melbourne skyline. All facilities top notch. Location next to the river easy for morning run aling the banks or hop to the CBD.
2 out of 3 elevators were broken/under repaiir so it took 5 min to come up or down. I guess I was just unlucky.

The food from fith restaurant was amazing, the room was clean and smelt good. the bed and kitchen were amazing.
I got overcharged. all of the meals I got for in room dining all cost up to $154 but at checkout it was $242 which does not make sense to me. I even signed up as a member to get a free hour to checkout and i got charged for that too.

Best Hotel Gym Ever! Big room and washing machine that included a dryer option. Great tea selection in the room. The windows were huge with stunning city views. Gluten Free options at Breakfast.

Spacious room
Driving up in front of the hotel before you go into the foyer it is a wind tunnel. Absolute terrible.
