Location. Kitchen facilities.
Something was not quite right with the TV as the screen went off by itself at irregular intervals for sone reason. It was a little annoying but not a huge issue. Also the traffic noise can be quite loud and the blinds do not cover the whole space and light comes in on each side.

I love this place it’s so lovely
The bed and pillows are so comfortable.
And I love the pool and sauna
The shower head probably needs replacing

The hotel is in a good location on Southbank, and accessible to lots of attractions which is great.
The hotel is tired, the rooms need a good clean and paint. Simple things like not having enough crockery (we stayed in a 2bedroom appt and only had 2 coffee cups for 4 of us). Just feels grotty and needs a revamp.
