All of it! Location, atmosphere, personable staff - even the newbies. It continues to be my favourite most comfortable stay in Melbourne. I love how the system keeps track of return guests because many of the staff instantly said welcome back! My daughter felt extra special.
Couldn’t provide a perfect score like last time. There was a used face towel left hanging on the shower head that was missed from cleaning. I organised for a late check-out during the check-in process but I got a phone call from reception an hour early asking if I was checking out even though I got the ok for a late check-out already.

Lovely foyer, welcoming staff, room was big and nicely decorated
Apple Maps couldn’t find it and spent
40 mins trying to get off highway onto right road. $80 for parking ridiculous. Too much clutter in room; bits of wood telling me things but no free bottled water, decent tea bags or cutlery. Room service really slow. Poor location for business trip.
