The staff member who was on his own was friendly and helpful
The heating was on and the rooms were too hot to sleep in. None of us managed to get any sleep and we couldn’t latch the windows open.
There is no where to get drinks or food on site which was disappointing and the room didn’t look like it had a proper clean with dust cobwebs and spiders everywhere

Spacious room and bathroom, very and soft comfortable bed, good amenities with coffee. Quiet location; check in was easy and instructions clear. Close to airport, although not within walking distance, certainly need a taxi or bus service, both of which the hotel gives clear instructions on.
The shower did not have a door but a curtain, and the floor was a bit rough, but otherwise the room was great.

The property was as expected. We had read the reviews before our stay and so although the property wasn’t amazing, we did expect what we got. The location was very convenient as it was a 9 minute drive to the parking we had selected at Stansted. We were also late to check in which was unavoidable, but the key was left out for us which we did appreciate.
