Comfortable and convenient.
Nothing. It was nice to have breakfast available for early departures. It would be useful to have a sign telling you you can’t take food/drink onto the shuttle bus as we were hoping to grab and go. Takeaway cups are provided but you’re not allowed to take them on the bus which seems a bit counter productive

It does exactly what it should; the rooms are clean & comfortable (although they could do with some softer pillows!), the shower is really good, and it’s a short shuttle bus ride to the airport terminal. The bar food is pretty good and they have a buffet breakfast starting at 4am for those on an early flight. The staff were friendly, polite & helpful.
The shuttle bus is expensive at £4 for a 4 minute ride!

The room was spotless. Very clean and comfy beds.
The staff was not able to accommodate our requests. We asked for a takeaway breakfast but there were no boxes in the morning. The shuttle to/from the airport is quite pricey - only free if you hire a car.
