Excellent breakfast.
Location very good, and within walking distance to town centre.
The duvet in the room was a little bit too warm.
A sheet would have been useful to put on the bed instead.

Good location and nice outside eating and drinking area. Good breakfast hours and good check in and check out times. Parking on site.
At breakfast flasks of hot water for cups of tea and sachet coffee. Would have preferred tea pot or cafetiere on the table. Poor complimentary drinks tray in room, no drinking water provided, didn't want to use bathroom water. Food items at the breakfast bar, such as bread, pastries, and some cereal not covered over and no serving tongues. Yogart left out on the side for the duration of breakfast with no means to keep chilled. No bathmat or handrails for bath with over head shower, felt unsteady using it. No toilet brush. Not enough shelving to put toiletries, mirror to high over the sink. Bathroom generally shabby in need of tlc. No working extractor fan in bathroom, it had been disabled with a note to close the bathroom door.no bedside plug sockets or usb. Poor quality matress on the bed.
