Very clean , fab location for what we wanted to do and see, staff very warm and welcoming, great food.
Nothing

Room and en-suite were of a good size, shower was good, but a convoluted route up and down stairs to access the room from the entrance. Pub downstairs was OK but staff seemed very eager to go home at 10.30pm and glasses were dirty. Location was great for Lyndhurst High Street shops and restaurants. Price was fine compared to other family room options in New Forest Area.
Bedding and pillows very uncomfortable, our daughter felt itchy after nights on the sofa-bed. Access to room along narrow corridor and many creaky steps up and down. Piped music from the pub audible in the room. No fridge in the room, and none available when requested.
