Nick gave a lovely welcome.The room was perfect and thd breakfast was lovely.We would definitely recommend. The location is a beautiful town full of tea shops ,pubs,restaurants and visitors shops

Lovely B&B for a visit to the New Forest. I stayed here for 3 nights for a short break to walk some trails around Lyndhurst and Brockenhurst and it was a perfect choice. My room was spotlessly clean with a comfortable bed and excellent shower. Nick is a great host who provided a warm welcome and delicious generous breakfast.
