Nick was so welcoming. The house itself was absolutely lovely & super clean. We had a yummy tea tray in our room with lots of goodies and a fresh bottle of water everyday. The bathroom was fully stocked with shampoo, shower gel etc....
The only thing for us as we were in the top room at the front of the house was the noise of the traffic. Obviously this can't be helped. Nick kindly put a fan in our room as it was particularly warm so we didn't have to have the windows open.

Great location, pleasant hosts, very nice breakfast and loved the character of the room plus the big bath.
One of the owners tried to let herself in our room without knocking first and I had just got off the toilet (bathroom is first room you enter in the Hen room). Fan was broken but to be fair it was replaced the next day. Big dirty toe nail on carpet next to the bed, again to be fair it blended in with the carpet and could easily be missed, hence I didn't actually report it.
