Staff - very friendly and helpful. The gentleman who served me at breakfast was so welcoming and the breakfast was beautifully cooked. Reception staff were also lovely and helpful. In fact all of the staff walking around and maintaining grounds all said good morning and wished me a nice day.
I feel safe, warm and welcomed.
The bathroom was very clean and stocked up.
The lesser looked at areas of the room could have been a little cleaner (lots of cobwebs and dust in my room) and need some love and refurb. Hardwood flooring made the room a little stark and the lighting was also a bit harsh.

My room looked tired. The table needs replacing.
I had to ask for towels

Rooms were nicely decorated, comfortable and clean.
Staff were friendly and helpful.
The food from the restaurant was ok, but not the best quality.
Breakfast similarly was ok, limited choice, the hot food had been stood for a long time. Was not worth the £12.50 per head.

It’s not far from Stansted
Taxi each way to Stansted was £29 so I could have paid less and been in the airport
