Noise from guests in next room

The bed was very comfortable and the room is very big. The room itself is very clean.

The hotel is very dirty at the lobby with cups and glasses of beer and the restaurant smells. The only nice staff was the waiter and the person who helped with my keys. The receptionist were all not friendly. I think the hotel is understaffed.

No biscuit on the tea tray! £4 single for bus transfer to Airport Terminal - should have been included at this price!

Good sized room, clean, helpful staff

It was difficult to find a car parking space. I had requested a space & told to book on JustPark that was £16. On arrival I was asked for £10 for overnight parking, when I showed the message from the hotel that had directed me to JustPark they gave us a drinks voucher for the bar as compensation.

Clean , spacious and comfortable. Good food. Easy access to airport via half hourly bus.

I liked the mini bar

Bathroom. It would help if you cleaned more on the wall. Do you know HG (spray for removing mould)? It was not good feeling when I found the mould on the shower room. Please clean more. Also breakfast food space was dirty. Please clean there as well.

Breakfast was good

For some reasons despite checking in as two people in a twin room and ordering a Cab for two. Breakfast was only booked for one.

Having breackfast there was a lady that check in people and seems that she was looking what you get and how manny time

We had a lovely stay at Novotel Hotel. The staff were lovely and friendly and gave us a free drink on our arrival for our honeymoon! The hotel is only a few minute drive to the airport parking so fabulous location and close to the airport. Lovely clean rooms and very comfy beds

We used the hotel as a stay over before a flight early morning. The directions into the hotel were excellent, everything went smoothly and booking airport short stay was amazing. Took the stress away at the start of our holiday.

Thought there was an on site swimming pool and had two children with us and whilst we could use the gym the children had little to do.

Convenient location near the airport. Frequent shuttle bus (with charge) to/from airport / hotel. Breakfast starts early, service from staff is attentive, kind and professional.

Some noise from hallways enters into the rooms as room doors does not close completely at the bottom. The shower was fitted with automatic/temperature mixer of cold/hot, but wasn’t very fast to react to changes in inflow (when other guests would start/stop water usage) => now it’s cold, now it’s burning…

Location to Green motion car hire

Being allocated an occupied room at 01:30 was not the best and even less impressive for the poor guy that got woken up! Delayed flight meant no 24 hour shuttle as finished at 00:45 and taxi was £25

The meal was very good and very friendly staff Recommend
