Perfect location for the event we were attending and restaurants Very clean and spacious room with lovely view. Excellent amenities and facilities. Friendly, professional and efficient staff at check in and check out.
The linen on one of the queen beds was not the correct size. It had what appeared to be a single bed quilt spread across ways on the queen bed which did not provide cover from the hips up. There was a queen bed sheet in place, but this was not warm enough or cosy. I think this was a mistake by housekeeping as the other queen bed in the room had the correct size quilt. Just meant that I had to completely remake the bed and improvise with the small quilt as I only discovered this at bedtime. My son was already asleep in the other bed.

The room was spacious, provided comfortable seating, pillows of differing density and a bath!
Would have loved it there had been a microwave or additional PowerPoints/phone charger by the bedside (if there was one there, I was unable to find it)

Room service menu, especially for kids.
Breakfast was late and cold. Not great for a competitor and we were then late.
