The location was excellent. The breakfast was excellent and everything was topped up when required.
The staff were friendly and obliging.
The river view room was a good size and the outlook was very pleasant
On arrival I complained about the ac and they provided a fan until the next day.Next day I asked again and was told that someone would come but they never did. On the first day we returned at 1600 hours to find our room had not been made up.I talked to the staff on the registration desk and they told me would be on priority for the next three days.Next day same story and I was informed that our name had been added to the wrong list.
Talking to the cleaning staff and the impression was of a shortage of cleaners and a high turnover.
One girl I spoke to wasn’t a cleaner but had been reassigned to make up the numbers.
On our last night we tried to reserve a table in the restaurant and were informed that they had two bus parties that night and there was no space for us. Eventually they did manage to find a space and all was well.
Registration desk appears understaffed when they have several people arriving and consequently phoning from the room is almost a thankless task unless you are determined.

Location and parking
Not enough staff and many were in training.
Phones were not answered to assist with queries relating to housekeeping.
No attention to detail.
