Lift to my floor was not working during the whole duration of my stay. As I stayed for 3 nights, the breakfast got boring.

Wonderful room and location

The breakfast was disappointing given the extra charge

6 / 10Average·Oct 2026

We booked this as we’d known it for years when we used to live in Durham. The stay was a disappointment as we were kept waiting an hour for our meal & the general condition of the hotel is very worn & doesn’t represent value for money
