Location was great. Helpful polite staff. Linens were awesome. Turndown service in evenings appreciate with fresh towels etc.
Usually at a 5 star we have been to a welcome cocktail offered as it was a special occasion would have been an appreciated touch.

Breakfast and staff in the restaurant were very good.
I was that the bar and restaurant were most traditional like the hotel itself. But it was very busy and loud.
