Städtereisen nach Lissabon

Das hotel befindet sich einer top Lage. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Frühstücksbüffet ist sehr grosszügig und schmeckt sehr lecker.

Cet hôtel pourrait être plus agréable si il y avait quelques ajustement

Juste la rue a traverser pour accéder au métro. Chambre confortable sans plus. Le linge de lit ainsi que les essuies sont changés tous les jours Grand écran TV. La piscine. Vous pouvez laisser vos valises avant et après la remise des clés. La gentillesse du personnel

Très bruyant: - Passage d'avions toutes les 2/3 minutes de 5h à 24h. - Bruits d'eau toute la nuit provenant de la SDB du voisin, nous avons dû acheter des bouchons d'oreilles à la pharmacie. - Petit déjeuner plus ou moins complet mais charcuterie, fromages, croissants et confitures de mauvaise qualité, le café dans le samovar n'est vraiment pas bon. - Pas de plateau de courtoisie dans la chambre, pour un 3 étoiles c'est un minimum. - Les chambres semble propre mais vous n'avez pas intérêt à marcher pieds nus au risque d'avoir la plante des pieds noires. - Le frigo n'est pas fixé, de sorte que chaque fois que vous souhaitez l'ouvrir le frigo entier vient à vous

Amazing hotel!!! Absolutely recommend!

It was a 3star hotel but we felt like being in a 4star hotel! All was so amazing!!! The staff was extremely friendly caring supportive helpful fun entertaining Antonio is thr best barmen ever, thank you again for the drinks!!! :) The pool was amazing too, the water temperature was very nice and not cold, you can even swim in cold weather The room was very clean and comfortable The location of the hotel is very good, It's very central and public transportation can be reached in 2 min. Also the surrounding streets and area are very safe The breakfast was very delicious and all of the staff was extremely friendly and caring!

Exceptional

Good value for money, close to metro for airport and access to town centre. Added bonus of a swimming pool to relax in.

Having to always use the lift. Prefer using stairs.

Short and sweet

The room was clean, quiet and comfortable with good curtains that blocked the light and represented good value for money.

There was a group of loud/drunk stags by the pool which put me off going for a swim but that is not the hotel's fault per se. I hadn't realised that breakfast was included in the price paid but it was of a poor quality and given all of Lisbon's excellent bakeries I chose not to have it again.

The pool was good.

The small, gloomy room. The uncomfortable bed and the weak, leaking shower. The breakfast was basic.

Superb

Really clean facilities, excellent staff service and location. Hotel is located in a superb area to reach all major parts of the city and surrounding areas, alongside containing nice restaurants and shopping areas close by. Value for money is also exceptional.

Breakfast wasn’t good they should have a option without breakfast room,asked for fried eggs told I have to pay,never in 30 years had to pay for fried eggs for breakfast very disappointed.

spacious rooms, good location

We were not able to enter the garage with our family car - despite calling beforehand and receiving assurances it should not be a problem. The entrance is so narrow most cars would struggle to enter and in our case it was simply impossible. We selected this hotel because it had a garage, I feel the description was misleading (and the staff incompetent).

there was a guest with an extremely loud voice making a business call in the dining room one morning and the staff didn’t do anything about it. the wine in the hotel bar is awful!

The room was spacious and very comfy. The pool was nice. The location is very central.

The fact that there is no water kettle in the room is a little annoying. The pool could have been a little more warmed (it is stated it is a warmed pool).
