The decor, the proximity to shops and the free spa and jacuzzi. The staff was helpful and the rooms were clean with lots drawers for storage.
Nothing was so bad to dislike.

We booked two rooms.Appreciated staff particularly Bruno, who welcome us and always attentive.
Victoria who gave us the sweetest smile while she was watering the plants.
Staff who fixed our bed light and sink and the one who brought us three extra pillows as one is not enough for me to get comfortable.
Beds are comfy and rooms are always clean.
The atmosphere in the lounge area is good and relaxing.
Near to the mall, some shops, restaurants, yellow tour bus stop 4 and the church is nearby.
Breakfast is good but if the staff are smiling I will rate it EXCELLENT!
The breakfast staff did not appear very welcoming as we can see in their body language seems they are not happy being there.
Encourage them to smile a bit and interact with guests would help create a warmer friendlier atmosphere and enhance the overall breakfast experience. It's a small change but it could make a big difference!
The carpet in the room had a few noticeable stains, which affected the overall impression cleanliness of the room.

Lovely room and check in staff were very friendly. Good breakfast.
Sports bar said it was open till Midnight yet closed at 11.30 even though there were a lot of people in there.
No coffee in room that you could use without paying.
