Clean, good value for money. Had everything we needed for a couple of nights in Lisbon. Would have loved to be a bit nearer the tourist area, but that's on me, and to be fair the Metro was very nearby and easy to navigate.

Cleanliness, kind & friendly staff - especially in reception -, great breakfast, treats in reception. Special thanks to lady in reception for helping me with my Portuguese trials. Room was not so big but it was perfectly fine for me as an alone traveler. They also let me leave my luggage in the hotel after check out until my flight time and I even used all amenities in the lobby without any issues.

Clean and decent room, spacious. Staff was helpful, Wi-Fi was great, Everything worked as intended.
I wish we had slippers in our room, especially for the price we paid, extra like that is expected. Also it would be good if toilet door was a proper door, not sliding one that leaves zero sound insulation.
On that topic, rooms are not very sound proof, as our noisy neighbors, and those from above were quite loud and we could hear it in our room.

Triple room available
The carpets are dirty in the passage. We booked 2 rooms but was allocated on 2 different floor which was inconvenient. We booked what we believed was a Black Friday discount. But could have booked same rooms for cheaper at hotel or the week before, online . Mark up to mark down? It is far from the key tourist attractions . So unless you want to uber. Not really walkable . Beds are comfortable and the bathrooms are bigger than most.
