Quarto amplo e muito confortável! Os funcionários sempre muito solícitos e simpáticos. A localização é excelente, muito próximo de metrô e paradas de ônibus, além de ser uma caminhada muito agradável para todas as atrações de Lisboa.

A única coisa que foi um pequeno incômodo foi o chuveiro, pelo simples fato de que você não consegue tomar um banho sem precisar ficar segurando a ducha (apenas se decidir tomar um banho de banheira todos os dias).

Le personnel n’est pas sympathique. Là chambre n’est pas insonorisée, nous entendions nos voisins d’à côté et du dessus. Le petit déjeuner est passable. Nous avions eu un problème d’électricité, cela ne fonctionnait pas. Il a fallu attendre 48h pour que quelqu’un vienne correctement réparer le bloc car le souci venait du bloc où on insère la carte de la chambre.

The hotel meets the standards! Big rooms, nice location and clean! The staff were also friendly and helpful!

Some facilities and furniture could be renovated or replaced! But nothing to complain about!

Room is very Spacious and clean. Location is very near to the Sanctuary. walking distance to bus interchange is near too. Breakfast choices are good and enough.

Not much restaurants around. Luckily Macdonalds is next door. Quite old hotel of Hollywood theme. Need some renovations.

Firstly the doorman was so lovely and helpful and honestly the nicest staff member there. Women behind reception could learn a lot from him

No soundproofing at all. We were kept up all night by really loud people in the John Travolta room. Really inconsiderate and not restful at all
