Clean, comfortable and spacious room with good facilities including coffee machine and robes. It was a great bonus to have a pool with bar and use of spa facilities. We ate in the reaturant and the food and service were both good. The hotel was well located for exploring the city, walkable to many attractions and close to a number of coffee shops, bars and restaurants.
The hotel was a little way from the main centre which was expected and suited us as it meant it was generally quieter and more reasonably priced, however for some the walk maybe be a little challenging especially given the hills!

The staff was really friendly, the buffet was amazing, and the rooms were clean and comfortable.
Only coffee and water in the rooms, it would be great to add tea.

Iberostar room’s are big and comfortable enough,
the hotel has an excellent pool which is ideal for relaxation, the staff are very friendly and polite and will go the extra mile to make the guests feel comfortable and relaxed.
I liked everything about the property and I would definitely recommend it to anyone looking to stay at a great hotel that makes you feel like home from get go until the last day of your stay.

Rooms have a bad smell, dirty carpets , old looking bed . Shower is ok
